I realize that my list from previous posts doesn't exhaust the different types of bikes. Pay attention, however, that the guide will be for beginners and those categories entirely to them enough - BMX, downhill enduro or other they are not really good for nothing at the start you need...
On the basis of a fairly general descriptions may be already more or less determine what kind of bike you need. The most versatile are the treks and in fact could conclude that the average "Sunday rider" prove najsensowniejszym choice. Especially that it can be to some extent, modify and customize a bit more to where they actually move.
The final choice should always be supported by consulting with someone who not only knows about bikes, but also is able to select the appropriate type and size to a specific person. This too is an advantage to buy in stores - such suggestions are usually given on the spot.

Road bikes
Characteristic features of these bikes:
- large wheels with narrow tires;
- bent in the shape of "rams horn" handlebars;
- setting causes the seat and steering wheel tightly curved posture while driving;
- lower ratios than the number of bikes for riding "on the ground";
- achieves significant speed up.
It is designed to run only on high-quality, smooth roads - such as asphalt. It is great to walk long distances with considerable speed. However, there is a light, "delicate" frame, not suitable for carrying too much luggage heavier. Ride this bicycle in the woods, sand, uneven pavement, it is often almost impossible.

Mountain Bike
Characteristics:
- very large wheels, but with wide tires and a solid tread;
- large number of gears allows driving in a variety of areas;
- depreciation, often, and front and rear wheels;
- solid, but as the light frame construction;
- powerful brakes.
Mountain bikes are typically designed for riding in rough terrain - the rough forest roads, fields, sand. For most "casual cyclists" may not be as comfortable, not too much suitable for urban driving and road. Are moving relatively slowly with them, just as you and not for racing on the roads have been created - a relatively small and wide wheels absolutely not conducive to this.

Trekking bikes
Trekking bikes are characterized by:
large wheels, but with much thicker than in szosówkach tires;
- No suspension or a suspension fork with a small stroke;
a wide range of ratios;
- comfortable driving position for the user.
Treks can be described as a mix of a road and mountain bikes. Thanks are fairly universal - you can move them quite well on both the roads, and also after the moderately difficult terrain outside the city. It was created in principle to tourism - it is we move freely in the city, on his way to a picnic, in the rough forest road, doczepimy bags with luggage - so for most people buying a first bike will probably be the best choice. But of course it also has disadvantages ("something is to everything that is good for nothing") - is not fully adapted to specific conditions, so neither on the highway fast not to go, or you can not comfort in the difficult, such as sand, ground.

City Bike
The spring is coming, so time for biking! I'm considering buying a new bike, so will share some thoughts about different kinds of bikes.
City bike - its characteristics include:
- highly placed steering wheel, providing a more vertical position while driving, thereby facilitating observation of the environment (major streets);
- solid fenders and chain guard;
- mounted lighting, reflectors, a bell, often rear-view mirror;
- lower than in other types of bikes number of flips (for a quiet ride in the city, - - they are not usually quite as needed);
- wide, soft saddle;
- baskets, racks, space for attaching trunk, etc.
This bike is supposed to be well suited for city driving, but let's be honest, it depends what city you're talking about. It's not particularly designed for longer trips out of town.

Green life
The fact that we destroy our planet is undeniable. Why are we doing? The reasons are simple: laziness, thoughtlessness, and like a wanton ignorance. Recent years, however, shows that our basic understanding of ecological, increased greatly. Hence, more and more development? Green? technology, eg in the automotive industry we already have hybrid engines, the energy industry is still producing alternative energy sources, the EU wants to reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.
So how do we proceed to live with us better?
Just a little will and persistence to respect the fundamental rights that environmentalists have long been trying to take root in us.
Here are some tips on how to reduce our impact on the planet:
1. Do not overdo it with the temperature in the house. Although it is difficult to imagine, is to reduce the temperature by 1 ° C reduces CO2 emissions by up to 300 kg per year.
2. Do not leave all the devices? The vigil?. For sure you have at home appliances such as TVs and stereos, which can be disabled during non-use (eg at night).
3. Think about buying a solar panel. With the installation of your energy bills may fall by as much as 40%.
4. Take showers instead of baths. Shower is from 5 to 15 liters of water a minute, and swim in the bathtub - it's up from 100 to 200 liters of water! Furthermore, in the bath water we consume a higher temperature than in the shower.
5. Turn off water when brushing your teeth, mydlisz body or hair.
6. Use the dishwasher. With a dishwasher will use less water than washing by hand.
7. Wash water heater without turning on the machine. Especially if you use these modern washing powders.
8. Always pay attention to the class of energy efficiency when buying things which consume large amounts of energy such as: washing machine, microwave, TV, PC, etc.
9. Ride a bicycle or go on foot to work. In this way you save money and your condition will also increase. However, if you live far from their workplace, learn to ride ecologically. Mastering the art of eco-driving can save up to 25% fuel! You can also purchase a hybrid car.
10. Use ecological bags when you go shopping, and use a plastic garbage bags.
11. Buy green products such as: batteries, instead of ordinary batteries, special energy-efficient compact fluorescent, organic clothing, instead of the traditional paper version, or buy e-books, eco-friendly paint.
12. Save paper by printing on both sides.
13. Do not smoke cigarettes!
14. Recycle!
Follow the rules detailed above to protect the climate and reduce your energy bills.

You can relax in various ways: reading books, watching an interesting movie, take a nap, and dream of a warm cup of tea. Relaxation can be combined with movement. Good examples are: szusowanie skiing, hiking trails crossing, cycling, playing on the beach, or swimming. A great way to relax is a fragrant bath of warm water. Water washes away all the cares of us, it helps relax the muscles and calm. If such a bath enriched scent oils and we breathe deeply into it, it really can bring relief.
